This is DICElib (DIstributed CAVE Engine library). While conceived to be a library to drive CAVEs from clusters, the library is not so focused in the CAVE, and can be used by any applications that could benefit from synchronization of the processes spread in the cluster, and shared memory.
The library was developed in a Linux environment, but was successfully compiled in IRIX/SGI and Cygwin.
Read INSTALL for generic installation instructions, and the documentation in the doc/ directory. The tests/ directory has some programs to show what DICElib does and how.
