QUICK INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Un-zip/un-tar the source distrubtion. It should untar into a single directory. Then do:
$ wish {path-to-noty-dir}/main.tcl
ThatÅ's all.
Under MS-Windows
Unzip the binary distribution into a directory then click on the noty.exe icon.
