To configure run:
./configure
Configure automatically searches for all required components and packages. You might want to add the --prefix option to specify where MultiSync should reside.
To compile and install run:
make install
If you encounter problems, try running "./autogen.sh" first. This will rebuild a lot of autoconf stuff.
