This GPL'ed program will convert a webpage into a "c" function. The function can then be customized for dynamic updating. This allows you to use any webpage authoring tool to create cgi-bin pages.

Then filename.c.will be created with the results. If no filename is given it assumes stdin & stdout will be used. Therefore, you can also do this:
cat filename.html | html2c > filename.c
To compile html2c, just type ./build. Then copy the file to an executable directory.
