Welcome to moth - the 3D mesh editor. This is the first release of the program, and there are a few issues to be considered.
1.) Expect BUGS. If you find them, please go to the web site
http://moth.titanothere.com/
and report them by sending your detailed description to me.
2.) Read the manual. It is contained in the doc subdirectory and its named manual.pdf. The manual contains all available information on compiling, installing and using moth.
3.) RTFM
4.) If you like the program, visit the web site often. It is the only source of information available.
5.) Did I mention, that you are strongly advised to read the manual?
6.) This program is distributed under the GNU License as contained in the file COPYING.
7.) If you have questions that are not answered on the web site, please contact me using the mail contact provided on the web site. If you have questions about experiences with the modeller (modelling techniques and stuff) please ask the community, not me. I am a poor 3D artist.
8.) If you wish to distribute this program with your flavor of Linux, go ahead. You may do it as long as you make the source code available.
9.) There is a set of icons which you may use for creating shortcuts on your desktop. They are contained in the directory program_icons.
